Hello, neighbors and friends. I'm Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at replacement renewable seats for your Phoenix faucets. They also work with concealed tub and shower faucets as well. Now folks, these do replace both renewable seats for your two-handle or three-handle Phoenix faucets, a concealed tub and shower faucet as well. They're made of a nice durable brass construction and they are made here in the US.
Now, as far as some dimensions on these guys, lemme get my ruler out here. Overall, I'm getting about one and a quarter inches long and about a half inch in diameter. Again, folks, you're gonna get quantity, two seats with purchase. Again, durable brass made here in the USA. Well, folks, that's it for our look at these replacement renewable seats.

I called two plumber, home depot they didn't know what I needed to get these off. After contacting etrailer I ordered the part and they told me I needed an alen wrench to take it off deep in the center. My quote to replace everything behind the wall was $800 but I replaced these two myself and it was under $20. THANKS!

These are the wrong seats for the valve that I have. The factory says the correct seat is PF 187112 plastic. I hope they work and seal good. I may keep these and see if I can make the match the plastic.
