Does the VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera Display a Live View?

When installed and on, is this is constant feed from the camera, or does it only work when the truck/trailer are in reverse?

The VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera item # HM34FR displays a live view as soon as the camera is connected. Your truck does not have to be in reverse to see a picture.
