Distance From Mounting Bracket U-Bolt To Ground On Fulton Jack # F1413020134

Question:
Swing Arm Jack Stand with Wheel I need a jack stand w/wheel that is short from the ground to the bottom of the mount when fully retracted. I tried one locally and it would not allow me to swing the stand when the trailer was attached to my truck. When my trailer is attached to the hitch, there is only 9 and 7/8inch from the lower edge of my trailer frame to the ground. I would like a stand that retracts to no more than 11 inches ground to base of mount. What I have seen are stands that are 12.75 inches. Do you have or know of a very short retracted stand with wheel?

I pulled the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, part # F1413020134, from our warehouse and took a photo and some measurements for you. This jack has dual 7 inch wheels and features a sidewind handle. The jack has an adjustable mount, and is a bolt-on installation, and does feature a swing-up option. This jack fits up to 3 inch by 4 inch tongues, and has a weight capacity of 1600 lbs.
I moved the mount to the position that would be lowest on the jack leg and measured the distance from the bottom of the wheels to the inside of the lowest u-bolt in the bracket. I have attached a photo that shows the measurement of approximately 9-1/2 inches, which would fall within the 9-7/8 inches you said you needed.
If you prefer the weld on application, I recommend part # F1413060334. This has the same features as the bolt-on jack, but does have a mounting plate which would be welded to the trailer frame. you would then use the included hardware to attach the jack to the plate.
