What Is the Difference Between Bolt Patterns on Fulton F2 F1413020134 and F1413050334

Updated 01/12/2020 | Published 01/11/2020

Question:

I am replacing an F2 wide track single wheel F1413050334 weld on that the wheel broke off of with a F1413020134 dual wheel weld on with no mounting hardware. Will the bolt pattern in the video which states is 3.44 and 4.44 be the same as my welded plate which is 3.5 and 4.5 in. -? bolt on exactly the same? I have the 4 bolts to bolt on the new one. Also, is there a difference in construction that makes such a large cost difference between the double and single wheel version 144 vs. 265 ? Thank you.

Yes. The bolt patterns that were referred to in the videos are actually the same and in reality the .06" is a negligible difference that falls within a reasonable margin of error; I believe that on the # F1413050334 measurements were performed with a calipers where the measurement on the # F1413020134 were performed with a tape measure/ruler.

These two jacks are extremely similar but the # F1413050334 has a locking mechanism on the handle to eliminate the handle free-swinging when you rotate the jack parallel to the trailer frame for storage, and as you mentioned, the single wheel vs. double wheel of the # F1413020134. I'll also mention that the # F1413020134 is designed to be bolted on, where the # F1413050334 is a weld-on application.

The one thing I will mention, depending on how bad the wheel was damaged on your old jack is that there is a replacement wheel available for the # F1413050334 with the Wide-Track Wheel Assembly for Fulton F2 Adjustable A-Frame Jack # F500266. You may be able to use this as a replacement wheel and save yourself the hassle of installing a new jack.
