I have a 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 and I am looking for some air bags to help when I am towing my 5th wheel trailer. Is there a set available that will work with an in bed hitch?

Yes, we do have a set of air bags that will fit your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 that is compatible with an in bed hitch.
I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57341. These air bags have a 5,000 lbs capacity that will level out the rear end of your Silverado when you are towing your 5th wheel trailer. All mounting brackets and hardware are included for installation.
I also recommend adding the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System item # AL25856 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from the comfort of your cab. This will help you compensate for off center loads like a heavy slide out or kitchen in your 5th wheel.
