The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs give you up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support to keep things steady under pressure. By sharing the weight with your factory suspension, these air springs help maintain level ride height for safer braking, better steering, and even tire wear. Whether you’re towing a camper or hauling a full bed of gear, your truck stays flat and in control.
Not every haul is the same, so your suspension shouldn’t be either. The LoadLifter 5000 lets you fine-tune support with adjustable air pressure from 5 psi up to 100 psi. Inflate both sides equally for front-to-rear leveling or control each spring independently to balance off-center loads. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included so you can mount them for easy access on the bumper or pair the system with an onboard compressor later. It’s simple, flexible suspension tuning that keeps your ride smooth when empty and stable when loaded.
Hauling big weight often comes with rough pavement or washboard gravel. These air springs are built to absorb road shock and cut down on sway so the truck feels more planted over bumps and uneven ground. Each bag is made from two-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber that’s strong enough to handle real-world use day after day without getting soft or brittle. Roll plates above and below each spring add extra strength and protect against damage under compression.
Moisture, salt, and grime can destroy steel parts over time, especially where air leaks start. Air Lift uses high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter than steel yet stronger and fully corrosion resistant. I like the product but the instructions were not very clear on some parts. I had to redo items a few times. Why don't you send part to air them both up with one air valve.

The bags arrived ahead of scheduled delivery and all the parts were there. I watched the etrailer YouTube video and installation went smoothly, also the installation instructions had a few tips that made installation easier. This is my second purchase from etrailer and both purchases went smoothly
Ordering went well, ask question to them and answer right away. Install LoadLifter 5000 Al57341 on 2024 Chevy 2500 DBL cab and it went very good.Put the air stems in fuel door. I have not used them yet, but will be soon. Install 2/8/24

No issues what so ever after 9,000 miles pulling fifth wheel, no leaks. Just load.
I just installed the Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 Air Helper Springs on my 2023 Chevy 2500 HD. It was a fairly install. The biggest thing was lowering the axle from the bed of the pickup. It really makes it easier to install the helper springs. The video eTrailer puts out is excellent. Very easy to follow. Thanks eTrailer.
Pretty precise fit and easy to install inflated to 20 psi and 4 days later still holding 20 psi

Great product and easy installation.
Very easy install on my 2024 GMC sierra 2500 AT4. Perfect fit and straight forward instructions.

Excellent, no issues and supports my 40 5th wheel travel trailer great.
Installation videos were very helpful.
These are good air bags. Took a couple hours to put them on. Everything is pretty straightforward with good directions. Had these on my previous truck and they did a good job.
