I have tailgate locks that were designed to work with the OEM tailgate handle on your 2004 Ford Ranger, but I do not have a complete replacement locking tailgate handle.

For a tailgate lock, we have three options for your truck. For a manual lock, you can use the Pop and Lock Custom Tailgate Lock, # PAL2310 (Black) or # PAL2310C (Chrome). There is no drilling required to install this lock and it provides a factory appearance.

We also offer the Pop and Lock Custom Tailgate Lock, # PAL8200. This is a powered tailgate lock that works with the existing power door locks on the truck. If you are interested in this lock, but your truck does not have power door locks, you can add the Switch Kit, # SK700. The lock and the switch kit come with all wiring and hardware needed for the installation.
