Hey Stephen,
Tailgate seals like the TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket # 834532001583 are universal fits so it really just comes down to style of the gasket in my opinion. This seal has a flat surface which I find typically makes great contact with tailgate but if you ever get anything sticky on it will annoy the hell out of you sticking to the tailgate and start to pull away from the bed. I've also seen this bit when it's extremely hot out with other seals and I'm personally not a fan.
I'd go with a seal that has some grooves to help prevent the sticking that can compress in when the tailgate is closed like the TruXedo Universal Tailgate TruxSeal # TX1703206. This 10' long gasket should be more than enough for you to seal your Frontier's tailgate up and help prevent water, dirt, debris, etc. from getting into your bed.
