I have a B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch in my Ram 3500 with the factory puck system. Can I use the universal wedge that comes with the 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder item # RP61422 or do I need one specifically for a Companion 5th wheel? If I need a specific one which one would you recommend?

The universal wedge included with 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret item # RP34FR may fit but it is better to use the specific wedge kit for each hitch to eliminate any play with the king pin.
For your B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3600 you will want the Sidewinder Wedge Kit for B&W, Demco, and Husky Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitches item # RP74FR.
