Sidewinder Wedge Recommendation for Use with a B and W Companion Hitch

Question:
What adaptor should be used to utilize the Sidewinder pin box with a BandW Companion 5th wheel hitch?

The only B and W Companion hitches that can be used with Sidewinders are the ones that attach to the bed of the truck in 4 places. If the Companion only attaches to the gooseneck hitch then you can't use it with a Sidewinder.
If you have a Companion that uses 4 attachment points the correct wedge would be the part # SWW-06.
