Hi, My Kwikee 25 steps no longer fully retract without manual assistance. Do I simply need to replace the motor PN 369506 or are other measures needed? Thx

Since your Kwikee 25 steps won't fully retract on their own it is either the motor or the gear. You will need to inspect the teeth on the gear to see if any are missing. If they are, then you need the # LC369354. If teeth are in good condition then it is the motor and you will need to replace it with the # LC369506.
