Question:

I bought a Used Falcon 2 Tow Bar and found out when I hooked it up and started pulling that one arm did not lock. I disconnected and left the toad at home, now I would like to try to fix it. I noticed 2 repair kits and I am thinking about getting them both autowlok and repiar kit. Do you have a link or something that shows what each does?

The repair kit that you will need for your Falcon 2 Tow Bar, # RM-520, is the Locking Pin Repair Kit, # RM-910003-80. The Autowlok feature on your tow bar is not engaging, so this repair kit will replace the inner locking mechanism which includes the springs, pins, plungers and washers.

Another option that you could look into is the Complete Repair Kit for the Falcon 2 Tow Bar, # RM-910003-60. This is kit will allow you to replace the collar shoulder bolt, inner and outer arm bushings, washers and end caps. This kit also contains the Autowlok repair kit.
