Replacement Female Quick Disconnect for SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System

Question:
We bought an SMI Air Force One in May of 2012. Recently the toad end of the cable disconnected while we were driving, and we dragged it on the road for hundreds of miles. An image is attached. Is part SM99613 the proper replacement for this connector?
