I recommend picking up the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receive # e22TR for your 2015 Lexus RX 350 because it features a hidden crosstube and a matte black finish so you get a great looking hitch receiver that is going to do a great job at resisting rust and corrosion.
If you are planning on using this for towing then you also need the T-One Wiring Kit, part # 118252 if you have the tow package or part # 118255 if you don't, as well as a ball mount kit like the TowSmart Towing Starter Kit # TS94FR.
