Cantilever for TracRac Ladder Rack on a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500

Question:

I have a sliding trac rack system not sure which as I bought it used and would like to install a cantilever on it. The one I bought cant attach as my upright supports are welded, not anchored with bolts.
