I have a solution for you but the Curt item # C69JR only has a 1,000 lbs tongue weight capacity. If your car hauler is loaded anywhere near its maximum capacity especially with that short tongue you will be way over 1,000 lbs.
Instead I recommend the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control item # C17501. This system has a 1,000 lbs - 1,500 lbs tongue weight.
You will need to measure the length of your Cynergy Car Hauler's tongue to confirm the 35" long trunnion bars will fit. If they do not you will need to use the Curt Short-Arm Weight Distribution System with Sway Control item # C17422 which only has 28-3/8" bars.
