The trunnion bars on this system are only 28-3/8" long—much shorter than the 32-33" bars found on typical hitches. That compact design lets it fit where others can’t while still delivering strong leverage to balance your load. Each bar is solid forged steel for lasting strength and durability on long hauls.
Getting the right balance shouldn’t require special tools or guesswork. The chain lift design makes it easy to switch link positions and fine-tune your spring-bar tension. You can also tilt the hitch head up or down by adding or removing washers on the spacer rivet—an old-school method that stays reliable and simple. The snap-up lever reduces the lifting effort needed from your trailer jack during hookup, keeping setup quick and manageable.
Everything you need comes in the kit—head assembly, adjustable 12" shank, sway control bar, spring bars, lift brackets and chains, snap-up handle, pin and clip, plus all hardware. The steel construction is powder coated to resist corrosion, and the trunnion-style setup stands up to repeated tensioning without flexing. It’s a solid, straightforward system built to make towing safer, quieter, and more predictable every time you hit the road.
