The correct replacement remote for your Jensen JWM41 stereo is the Replacement Service Package # JEN94FR.

This kit works for both the Jensen # JWM40 and JWM41 models as the only difference between the 2 models is the location that it's manufactured in. I confirmed with my contact at Jensen (ASA electronics) that both models use the exact same remote.
