Question:
Will this controller work with a 2021 Honda Ridgeline? Curt Wireless brake controller C51180

Yes, the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 is compatible with your 2021 Honda Ridgeline!
From what I'm seeing it looks like your Ridgeline comes with a factory 7-Way so you should have to make any wiring connections prior to setting up the controller.
I also recommend picking up the Manual Override Button # C83HR so you can have a phone-free towing experience. Once you have all of the settings in place the Echo will continue to activate the trailer brakes on it's own but you still want to have access to the manual override in the case of an emergency stop. This button allows you to put the phone away but still have access to the override feature.
Attached are some review videos for you to check out.
