You will need a separate 4-way trailer wiring harness on your 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe, and it does indeed just plug in. I have added a photo below showing exactly where you need to plug the 4-way in, which is a harness on the drivers side near the bumper. The correct part for the 4-way and bracket is the following:
- Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR
- Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144
If you also need a hitch, the correct fit is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e28AR.
