Furrion Chill RV AC Unit to Replace Coleman Mach on RV

Question:
I want to replace the above described Coleman A/C heat pump with the Furrion Chill 15k BTU. I know it is not a heat pump and I will loose that feature. My system is currently two Coleman units, I am replacing only one that broke. They operate through a dual system thermostat. Will the Furrion conversion kit work with the dual thermostat?? Thanks much for your help

If you replaced your Coleman Mach 8 with the Furrion Chill Replacemenet RV AC unit part # FR42PV which comes with the adapters for connecting to Coleman # C-FACR15SA-A01 wiring and controls this would install easily and would work just fine with your dual thermostat system. Obviously it wouldn't have a heat pump like you mentioned though.
