No, The Replacement Spring Cartridge # DOM38FR will not work with your Dometic Model 310 toilet. Per the manufacturer the spring cartridge is not a replaceable component on the model 310 toilet. You will have to replace the entire toilet.

The Dometic Toilet is available in Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR or White Ceramic # DOM57FR.
