Dometic 310 Flapper Ball Water Not Staying In
Published 05/06/2024 >
Question:
I replaced the seal inside the bowl because the water would not stay. When I put the new seal in, I noticed the flapper ball was not making contact with the bottom of the seal. No wonder the water wasn't staying in the bowl. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi John,
Appreciate the purchase of the Dometic 310 # DOM37FR; from time to time the ball gets knocked out of place and not seated properly, which is why it's leaking. So what you can try is to push the floor pedal down then reach in to realign the ball; hopefully it will then snap back into place.
