Hey Scott, thanks for reaching out!
The Dometic 310 toilets unfortunately don't have a way to replace the flush ball so you'll need to either replace your toilet with another 310, which we have in both Tan Ceramic # DOM37FR and White Ceramic # DOM57FR, or if you have an 11" rough-in you can use the Dometic 510 # DOM29FR instead because it has a replacement flush ball # DOM68FR if you need to replace it at a later point in time.
The rough-in measurement is from the mounting bolts for the toilet to the wall where the back of the toilet butts up against the wall in the bathroom.
