When it comes to replacing your Fan-Tastic Vent # LF8000 The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV803350 would work for you.
The fan has 3 manual speeds that lets you boost or reduce airflow as needed. It has Rain sensor that will signal the dome to close automatically and for the fan to shut up on when wet. The vent has a simple installation with a 2-wire design.
The Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW is needed for installation.
