Need trailer hitch for 2019 Subaru Outback to haul Zipper Electric scooter.

So for a hitch on your 2019 Subaru Outback to carry your electric scooter, what you want is one with as much tongue weight as possible (tongue weight being the most weight the scooter and carrier can weigh when installed in the hitch). Good bumper clearance is also important, as is ground clearance, and the best possible combination for that is the following hitch:

The # e42TR hitch fits your '19 Outback and has 600 lbs of tongue weight capacity, so your scooter and carrier can weigh up to 600 lbs. It is also just an inch or so behind your bumper, and is 15 inches from the ground, so a carrier with a ramp will be able to reach the ground without issue.
