Recommended Hitch for a 2020 Nissan Leaf

Question:
Hi, Im in the market for a hitch for my 2020 Nissan Leaf. I always thought hitches needed to be welded to the vehicle. Is this true? Will I need to find a welder? Im in NC, some distance from MO. :-
