If you want an entire replacement latch assembly you could use the # 305736 you were looking at. I can't quite tell from the picture but it looks like that is the old pipe and what you really need is a handle to attach. The # 158-100 could be welded onto the existing pipe to replace your handle. If you want to replace the hasp as well then you could get the # PLR3057 instead.
