The 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR is just the cargo carrier with brackets to allow it to mount to a 4" x 4" and 4-1/2" wide x 4" high RV bumper. You would need to slide the cargo carrier to one side of the bumper and use a mount like the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier for Trailers and RVs # UF15-954730 in the available space.
