The Blue Ox base plates are the best option due to their overall quality combined with the fact they also give your F-150 a nice, clean look when you aren't towing it due to their removable arms. For the tow bar, the Alpha 2 is very easy to use due to its self-aligning arms; just connect the tabs and drive your motorhome forward. Disconnecting is easy too, as you only need to turn a handle on the bar to disengage. The tow bar has a 6,500 lb capacity so it has more than enough capacity to tow your F-150, and it also comes with safety cables so you don't have to purchase those separately.
