The Circuit Board for HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC733513 should be located inside the camper near the front bed wall. This is generally in the area of the main electrical panel.

I have included a picture of the main circuit board location instructions for the HappiJac camper jack systems.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
