Will this Roadmaster base plate kit work with the Rugged Ridge Spartan bumper Part #11548.41 ?

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1437-3 are more of a universal fitment and are designed to match up to mounting holes spaced 5-3/16 x 2-1/2" apart on center (see attached photo).

I'm not sure if these will match up to the Rugged Ridge Spartan Front Bumper Part #11548.41 for your 2022 Jeep Wrangler so that's something you'll need to check on your end.

An alternative solution is to use the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts # RM-035 instead as they will match up to the 3/4" D-Ring mounts that already exist on your Spartan Front Bumper so you don't have to modify anything.

It is worth noting that Rugged Ridge states in their FAQ that this bumper wasn't tested for flat towing so while you're welcome to do so, it's something that will be totally up to you as they can't back it with testing safety.
