Is the outside dia of the smaller part .75inch and the overall dia of the part 15/16?

Expert Reply:
I actually went out to our warehouse and measured the:
-Replacement Sidewind Handle Shaft Bushing for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks # TJD-7000S-BU with a set of calipers # PTW80157, and measured:
-30.09 mm (1-3/16") for an overall diameter,
-23.02 mm (.91") for an overall diameter of the inner circle,
&
-21.64 mm (.85") for an overall diameter of the inner circle to the flat piece (shown in image).
I have attached a diagram depicting these measurements for you to check out as well.
