What you need to install the Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller part # TK90160 for the red wire is a dedicated stoplight circuit that is only active when the brakes are applied. You can use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to determine which of the wires on your brake switch only has voltage when the brakes are applied for this circuit or you could use the circuit that runs to the third brake light of the Sprinter. If the brake lights on the sides of the rear of the vehicle do not blink when the blinker is on you could use them as well.
