2021 subar U ascent .I need7 pin flat plug and all wiring to hook up .plus I have a tekonsha prodigy P2 brake controller and I need harness to connect it to the subaru wiring harness

I would be happy to help you. For a 7-way wiring harness on your 2021 Subaru Ascent you will want the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector item # 118290. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness. The connection point for the 7-way tow harness is located behind the rear bumper, on the driver's side. You will also need the Mounting Bracket and Installation Hardware item # PK12711U to mount the 7-way onto your hitch.
Unless your Subaru Ascent came with the towing package there is no plug in adapter for the Tekonsha P2 Brake Controller item # 90885. You will need to hardwire the controller into your vehicles wiring harness behind the brake pedal.
