We have a variety of replacement trailer jacks to choose from and from that linked selection I recommend checking out the Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Wheel # MJ-1500B.
This is a swivel jack rated for 1,500 lbs and has a bolt-on installation so it's something you can easily do at home with your own tools. This fits trailers with a frame height from 2" to 4" and offers 11" of travel for an extended height of 24" which should fit your needs just fine.
If you end up needing a different style or size feel free to filter through the linked selection or reach back out to me with more specs on your trailer jack and I can further assist you!
