Can The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Be Used With A Bike Rack?

Question:

How would someone utilize a stabilizer strap on the rear of a travel trailer? It states All non-trailer loads bike racks, cargo carriers, etc. applied to this product must be supported by auxiliary stabilizing straps. The Curt strap hooks in a trunk lid, There is no hook point on a trailer of any type except the bumper. Is this then NOT rated for bike racks on a travel trailer?

The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 can absolutely support bike racks, however you will have to attach the bike rack like Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR, with the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap for Hitch-Mounted Accessories # 18050.

The hook part can be hooked into the bike rack, and then the other end can be ran and tied tight in another suitable location, Curt has said in the past they you can loop back to the chain hangers of the hitch if not better spots are available.
