I have model number bwrvb3405 5th wheel hitch with head. I was wondering if I buy mounting kit model number bwgnrk 1067-5w from you, for my 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD that should work, cortex’s? Thanks.

Yes that is correct, the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1067-5W will work wonderfully with your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, and since you already have the B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3400 these two will mate perfectly.
Incase you don't already, I recommend also adding the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157. This kit will tee off of your existing 7-way connector and also provide you with a 7-way in the bed of your truck for ease of access when hooking up your 5th wheel.
