Are There Any Replacement Parts For The Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch Internal Workings

Question:

Purchased 2016 from etrailer. Missing a guide/bolt from the guide arm. The hitch is unstable as it freely moves from front of the base to the back of the base and does not work on turns at all. Also the plastic pieces are damaged. Repair or replace? \Hope you got the photos?

If the hitch is that damaged you most likely will have much more than than just a broken guide bolt and some plastic pieces and will unfortunately need to replace the hitch. As far as replacement parts go, we don't really carry anything for the internal workings of the hitch and would have to refer you to Demco but they'll most likely tell you to just replace it.

The autoslide capability of the # DM8550035 definitely makes life easier but if you'd prefer to switch to another sliding hitch then let me know and I can find the correct fit for your needs.
