Recently, the head for my 5th wheel hitch was stolen out of our garage; for a Demco Autoslide. We were due to go camping the following week and I was frantic to find the part and get it in time. All good little bummed it broke after only 3 years
I am really a fan of Demco product. I installed a Demco Hijacker Autoslide 18k on My HD 2500 Crew Cab Silverado 2017 standard box. I made a transfert of my Autoslide to my new GMC HD 2020 Duramax and I am really happy again. I bought a new replacement Head because the head of my original autoslide 2016 the adjustments of the captures plates were poorly designed and caused the pin box to move between capture paltes. I am happy with the replacement head.

Our Demco fifth wheel hitch is still working well and performing as was expected. As I said before etrailer impressed with their service and professionalism and I will continue to do business with them.
