Can these be used on manual adjust brake assemblies? K71-699-00 I have a Dexter 4400# axle and the bake shoes are Dexter part number K71-672-00.

The 10" x 2-1/4" Electric Brake Shoe/Lining (One Wheel) #BP04-095 are the brake shoes for the Dexter electric brakes and they will fit the Axletek brand just fine. The #AKBRKR-S-10 are also a fit for your 4,400 lb axles.
