Does the Kuat NV 2.0 work with ebikes with fenders? All of your pictures show bikes without fenders.

I have a solution for you but you won't want to use a wheel-mounted bike rack, like the Kuat NV 2.0 item # NV22B you referenced, for bikes with fenders. Mounting wheels with fenders can cause the fenders to crack or become damaged, especially with the added bumps and torque from your vehicle when it is in motion.

I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches item # HLY84FR. The Sport Rider SE will fit bikes up to maximum tire width of 5 inches and has a 80 lbs capacity per bike.
