Seating in 2015 Heartland Bighorn Will Not Close

Question:
My massage function and lights work but my recliner won’t close. It just clicks and doesn’t work. I’m not sure which part to order. My unit is a 2015 BigHorn so an older model of seating.

From the issues you are describing, it sounds like you are most likely having an issue with your control box. From what I could find using the pictures you provided, I believe you most likely have the Thomas Payne Seismic Recliner or Sofa which would make the Replacement Power Control Box for Thomas Payne Seismic Recliners and Sofas # LC36FR the correct replacement control box.
If you have a recliner/sofa that is not the Seismic, please let me know what you have and I would be happy to help you further.
