Will Timbren TDRTT3500E on 2019 Ram 2500 Always Touch Axle

Question:

I purchased this model from you last fall based upon your recommendation for my 2019 RAM 2500. I carry a truck camper. I just learned that there should be a gap between the Timbren and the axel when its NOT loaded. This is impossible with my truck. The regular gap is 5-1/2 inch from the stock bump stop to the axel. The Timbren is 6-1/4 inch tall without the spacer. I have stock air suspension also. Is there a different model that will work? I have to lift my truck via the bumper to create enough space to get these in. On another note, I love the results while the camper in being carried. no sway at all any more. I have a vacation coming soon and need a solution without having to disable my air suspension. Thanks in advance.

For the heavy duty, single Timbrens like the # TDRTT3500E on your 2019 Ram 2500 that are for trucks with a camper or severe service vehicles, they will actually always be touching the axle. There are standard, double convoluted Timbrens that should have a gap, but the ones you have are meant to be touching the axle.
