Helpful Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver 75129 should fit with any OEM parts but just to be used I went out to the warehouse and measured the hitch. From the back of the crossmember tube to the center of the first bolt hole is 1". The distance between the inside of both mounting ears is 30-1/4".
This hitch should sit directly under your frame rails so you can use that 1" measurement to see if the tube will run into interference with your gas tank shield.
If this doesn't work then you can go with the an adjustable-fit, weld-on hitch. You'll just need to determine the correct drop needed for the receiver tube to clear the bumper.
