The right hitch will depend on how much drop you need. Drop is the vertical distance between the bottom surface of the frame member and the underside of the rear bumper. You'll want to choose a hitch with sufficient drop so that the receiver tube clears the bumper.
Buyer's Products offers a Class V hitch specifically designed for service and utility body trucks, part # 3371801052. This hitch has a 2-1/2 inch receiver and is a weld-on application that offers a zero drop, which means that the underside of your rear bumper would need to be even height wise to the bottom of the truck frame. If that's the case, this hitch would work perfectly for you. If you prefer a 2 inch receiver, we have that available as part # 3371801052.
If you need a hitch with a larger drop, let me know how much clearance you need and I'd be happy to make some recommendations.
