My Daughter has a 2015 Toyota Camry. She wants to carry a trek Marlin 6 mountain bike. If I install the Draw Tight trailer hitch, what bike carrier do you recommend?

I would be happy to help you find a hitch and a bike carrier for your daughter's 2015 Toyota Camry. I would recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 36540 you referenced. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Camry with included hardware. I have linked an installation video below.
The Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches item # S63360 you were looking at would be a great option for your Trek Marlin 6 mountain bike but you would need the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes item # 64005 so your bike would hang level.
If you are interested in a platform bike rack for easier loading and unloading then I recommend the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches item # HLY94FR. This bike rack extends 9-1/4" from the hitch pin hole when in use. It would be perfect for your Camry because it extends upwards once it exits the receiver so you would have additional ground clearance. I have linked a review video below of a comparable model car. We haven't had a Camry in the shop to test this bike rack on.
