Question:
What is the difference between cam55572 and cam55532? they appear to be the same thing in the pictures. I have a 30amp motor home. Can I use one in place of the other

The difference is simply what they are rated for and plug into; since you have a 30 amp, to plug into a 30 amp twist lock extension you will need the Power Grip 90-Degree Locking RV/Marine Power Cord w/ Handle - 30 Amps # CAM55532.
If your motorhome was 50 amps you would have used the Power Grip 90-Degree Locking RV/Marine Power Cord w/ Handle - 50 Amps # CAM55572.
This is just an adapter though, and you can plug into a 30 amp source easier with a longer cord, the Power Grip Marine-Style Power Cord Adapter w/ Handle - 30 Amps - 25' Long # CAM55501.
