The Replacement Handheld Remote for MaxxAir Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans # MA00A01150K and the Replacement Remote for MaxxAir Roof Vent Exhaust Only Fans # MA00A01151K is not the same part, and will fit different models.
If you have the MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-05100K, then the remote you need is the Replacement Handheld Remote for MaxxAir Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans # MA00A01150K, not # MA00A01151K.
The MAxxAir Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans # MA00A01151K will work with the MaxxFan # MA00A04401K
and the MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-05301K or # MA00-06401K, but not your # MA00-05100K.
Instead, the Replacement Handheld Remote for MaxxAir Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans # MA00A01150K is what you want to use as a replacement for your MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus # MA00-05100K.
This remote will also work as a replacement for the MaxxAir Roof Intake/Exhaust Fans # MA00-04500K, and the MaxxFan Deluxe # MA00-05100K, # MA00-06200K, # MA00-07000K, & # MA00-07500K.
