Where do I find the model number ?

The model number for your MaxxAir vent like the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-04401M, can be found on a sticker stamped on the upper side, if you can't find it there you can also find it located on the bottom and visible when the screen is removed.
